Our Founder
Yolanda Bouchée Founder & President
Yolanda Bouchée is a Redevelopment Strategist, educator, and creator of the ALIGN Development Partnership Framework. During more than three decades of public service, including leadership roles with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, she helped communities navigate some of their most challenging redevelopment efforts.
As Regional Chief of Brownfields and Land Redevelopment, she led initiatives that transformed underutilized and contaminated properties into productive community assets. Earlier, as Regional Chief of Superfund Community Involvement, she helped strengthen how government agencies engage with residents during complex environmental projects.
Yolanda also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois Chicago, teaching Community-Centered Development and Critical Thinking in Public Health. Her experience bridges redevelopment, environmental policy, finance, public engagement, and strategic planning, allowing her to connect technical, governmental, and community perspectives into one practical process.

This collaborative model allows us to remain flexible while ensuring each client has access to the specialized expertise needed for successful implementation.
Our role is to provide the strategic framework, training, and guidance that help agencies build long-term capability- not dependency.
Our Focus
Revitalized Communities helps clients move from uncertainty and potential conflict to clear, community-supported development strategies.
We train development staffs to bring together government leaders, project teams, and community stakeholders early before key decisions are made. This work is often used for Brownfield Redevelopment Planning, Community Design, Environmental Justice strategy, and Economic Development Planning
