Yolanda Bouchée is a Community-Centered Development Strategist, Professor, Designer, and Founding Principal of Revitalized Communities. She has an MBA in Finance and Program Management with a Real Estate Focus.
She specializes in helping municipalities, regional planning agencies, and development partners align projects with community priorities to produce more equitable and sustainable outcomes.
She is the creator of the ALIGN Framework—a structured predevelopment process. Through this approach, Yolanda helps communities move beyond traditional engagement toward true partnership models that reduce conflict, strengthen trust, and improve long-term project success.
With a background in Environmental Redevelopment, Historic Preservation, Community Involvement and Finance, Yolanda’s work focuses on transforming underutilized spaces into thriving, community-driven assets.
